List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.
I know for certain
Some truths don’t shift, even when everything else does.
They aren’t loud, but they show up in the quiet—
in the waiting, the falling, the holding on.
They come from lived moments, my moment, not perfect ones.
And once I’ve recognize them, they start showing up everywhere.
Top Ten Things I Know for Certain
- The loudest pain is often silent.
- Healing rarely looks like progress—it just feels a little less heavy.
- People break in places love never sees, and rebuild in ways no one understands.
- You can’t force clarity. It shows up like morning light: soft, gradual, and always late.
- I’m attracted to your words. So much I can’t say your name. Yes you.
- Most advice means well. But sometimes, all you need is someone to listen without trying to fix.
- Stories save us. Not by changing the past, but by giving it context.
- Loneliness teaches you what kind of company you crave—not just what you’re missing.
- You can start over at any point, but it only counts if you’re honest.
- The quiet things—the ones nobody claps for—are often the most true.

Oooh I felt all of these.
No.4, oh man does it come late. No.6 truth, people don’t want to listen, they’re ready with their replies and helpful advice. No.7 people don’t want context though, goes back to not wanting to listen. No.8 it is not just about being lonely but having no common ground…
