I feel it…

What do you enjoy most about writing?

What I Love Most About Writing welp?

This one’s easy.
I live to read—maybe even more than I love to write.
Because when a writer is really good,
they don’t just tell a story.
They pull you in.
They place you right beside them,
in the heat of the moment,
in the ache, the joy, the truth.
That kind of connection?
It’s sacred.

And when I write—when I really feel it—
it’s like I could go on forever.
I’m not just telling a story,
I’m living it.
I’m illustrating it so deeply
you’re not just reading—you’re running with me.
That’s the magic. Do you ever feel this way when you write?

But let’s be honest.
Writers today are facing something big.
Artificial Intelligence.
Yeah, I’ll say it.
AI is creeping into a space that’s always belonged to the human soul.
Writing was never just words—it was a calling.
A craft.
The best writers stood out because they had something real to say.
Now, with the right tools, anyone can look like a good writer.
But looking like one isn’t being one.

Here’s the truth:
AI doesn’t have what we have.
It doesn’t have heart. ❤️
It can mimic style, sure—
but it can’t feel.
It can’t cry while writing.
It can’t bleed truth into a sentence.
It can’t carry the weight of memory,
or the warmth of human affection.

Could you imagine a day when AI takes over all writing?
Even reading?
These days it’s like having a genius in your back pocket.
But is it really?
Writers must fight to stay real.
Don’t fall into the phenomenon.
AI isn’t writing—it’s pretending.

If you’re using AI now,
try this:
write what you want it to say.
Speak from your heart.
Your words pierce deeper.
They carry warmth.
They carry you.

So if you’re asking what I love most about writing—
it’s those true moments.
The emotional ones.
The ones where you’re crying as you write.
The ones where you feel like you’re right there.
Those moments are real.
And they’re yours.

Be yourself.
You’re a beautiful person.
Stay beautiful.

Thank you,
—Jason

  1. I do agree with you, AI cannot emote or feel. It can polish a work but it can never replace the original voice, the soul behind the words, the humanness of the story. Sadly, it is taking away jobs.

I cannot get enough of reading. I wish we could swap books right 😆.

  2. I admire what you said and it is true. I like the way you wrote it and the way you put it. You could tell it was coming from the heart and you thought of that. So I really admire it.
